Dedicated and Qualified Staffing
Our staffing structure is designed to ensure residents receive attentive, compassionate, and professional care at all times. We maintain compliance with all Washington State Adult Family Home (AFH) regulations regarding staffing for specialty care needs.
- On-site Provider: The provider resides in the home, actively engaging in the daily care and oversight of all residents.
Alternatively, if the provider or manager is not residing in the home, we ensure:
- 24/7 Staffing Coverage: Our home is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with trained professionals. There is always a staff member on duty who is capable of making immediate and informed decisions to meet residents’ needs.
Specialized Nursing and Support Staff
We employ a collaborative care model involving a range of skilled healthcare professionals:
- Registered Nurse (RN): Available on an as-needed basis to address clinical care requirements.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Available as needed to provide additional nursing support.
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) / Long-Term Care Workers (LTCW): Available 24/7 to assist with daily living activities, personal care, and immediate resident needs.
